Forewords

Most books have just one or two forewords.  I’m greedy so wanted more.  I can honestly say that there are a lot of people who I could have asked but I settled on four people for very good reasons.

CHRIS BOWATER has been a good friend and also an inspiration and revelation to me, not only about things musical, but just life generally.  To spend time with Chris is a real bonus.  Every time is precious.

ANA URECHE-JOHNSON is a person , without whom, none of our work in Romania would have been possible.  She was not only our interpreter but a real friend, helping us with cultural stuff and ideas and planning.

PETE READ is somebody of whom I would say is an unique person.  Working as my ‘Timothy’ for a few years, he coped with my peculiar ways of doing things and supported me through a very difficult period, during which he turned down a major opportunity in order to stay loyal to me.

STEVE PAGE is a good friend.  I needed someone to write a foreword who represented Assemblies of God, the denomination with which I did most of my growing up, spiritually speaking.  Steve represents all that is good in Assemblies of God.
