Handing over
Handing over the leadership of a church where you have grown to love the people, with all the challenges that go with pastoral work, is never easy. this can especially be difficult if one stays on in the church. But it can and does work. Wherever we have had a say in the ‘handover’ process, it has worked out well, and wherever we have stayed on in the church it has not been a problem. It’s all about relationships!
